With over 1,20,000 registered sellers, Flipkart has redefined the way brands and MSME s do business online.About the roleThe Associate Director of 3PL Fulfillment(FCs/RCs) operations is a challenging and complex leadership role, focusing on flawless daily execution, along with the parter performance management and long term development . The role requires a detailed understanding of Supply Chain operations and ability to balance every operating aspect of a facility; employees, culture, IT, process technology, process improvement. Flipkart FCs/RCs sit at the heart of our operations and play the lead role in defining our customer experience. About the teamFulfillment centres (Self and 3PL) are warehouses where inventory is managed, orders are received and processed. Activities like picking, packing, putting, receiving, return processing etc, take place. As of Dec 19, Flipkart has 25 Fulfillment centres spread across Pan India fulfilling millions of wishes everyday. What you ll doSpearheading 3PL Fulfilment Operations for Flipkart.Planning, Design, Operationalization of 3PL fulfilment centres.Monitor Operations and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with 3PL partners to execute innovations on the floor .Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of new 3PL facilities and delivery flexibility with the help of central teams.Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation.Accountable for Delivery Quality assurance.Financial budgeting & execution - PNL accountabilityDevelop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
