Job Description

Our service focuses on educating family members on how to take care of their loved ones at home, and in the hospital, beyond the direct care that healthcare professionals provide. Delivering this education in a manner that ensures learning, behavior change, and empathy is crucial; our impact is tied to it. In order to achieve this, Noora Health uses a variety of different products and platforms to reach a large audience and multiply our impact. eg. Exotel for cloud telephony, Turn.io for Whatsapp Chat support, TextIt for scheduling SMS reminders etc.- You will be managing these platforms that we use for the organizations programmes - your role will be very important to ensure all our programmes run smoothly as you will be the first SPOC for any issues or clarifications related to these platforms. You will also support the team in the operations and monitoring of the services on ground.Your work will include:- Relationship management and issue resolution for all the tech platforms that Noora Health uses internally, including but not limited to:- Invoice and payment management of the various platforms- Scouting and interacting with vendors for any potential new platforms as needed for new projects- Configuration / Setup of any platform so that it can be used internally. eg. IVRS setup, Turn integration etc.- Point person new requirements / support relating to any of our tech platforms: this will include communicating about challenges faced by the team, understanding new features when released and how it impacts us etc.- Understanding any new govt guidelines relating to our platforms and keeping the team informed about its impact- Project Management and Monitoring Support- Work on setting up internal processes to make things more streamlined between Design and Implementation team- Support monitoring of the multiple tech-based services in collaboration with the Research teamThis job opening was posted long time back.
