Managing Operations and overall administration of Branch Monitor Business productivity in coordination with Axis Bank Representatives Manage Human Resource related compliances and formalities and ensure acquisition, training and development of Staff Management of sales process, and data management at branch Ensuring compliance with all laid down norms/guidelines and statutory requirements (SLA /IBA /RBI /Labour /Legal /IRDA) Cost Management and cost effectiveness at branches to ensure profitability To achieve the desired target for Retail assets like MF/EQUITY/DERIVATIVES & other investment products.
