New tools as & when launched by FBI/Core teamStandardize reports and bring in process improvements through regular lessons learnt activity and internal customer requirements.Steering - Partnering for regional BU performance & target achievement, strategic topics - BU1. Target Business Plan, Current forecast process2. KPI/ KPR Controlling (Plan, Monitor, Report and Deviation control) in BU: Cost drivers & Resources align with RBU,3.
