Job OverviewTE Connectivitys Procurement Business Process Teams develop and deploy procurement processes, systems, reporting and audits compliance. They drive continuous improvement throughout the procurement function, develop and maintain procurement systems, tools and databases such as vendor master files, e-procurement quotation tool, procurement web page, supplier portal, SharePoint and the like. They conduct regular external benchmarking to stay abreast of procurement best practices, run procurement reports and perform analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats and needed course correction as well as lead facilitation of procurement training and development.What your background should look like:ResponsibilitiesData support for KPI improvement in global strategic supplier growth in the global company perspective Proficient with PowerBI must have the Excellent visualization skills with data analysis in Power Query Shaping and informing key metrics and indicators by which leadership will assess performance Translate complex reporting/data requirements into effective business solutions Support to develop reporting tools for validating IR, TEBIT HW, forecasted CMP and CMP tool, improve global strategic team work flow efficiency. Support to develop automated reporting process to generate accurate TEBIT volume related savings through forecast, open POs Ensuring iterative design processes are followed, providing regular feedback and engagement to the business Serve internal customers with reports regarding compliance metrics Present to executive leadership summaries on open issues and projects including action plans and time lines for completion Develop new dashboards for all KPIs Develop and support maintain of plant level compliance Dashboard Data analysis and deep dive to provide root cause of issuesQualification & Critical ExperienceBachelor s degree in computer science or Business Administration or equivalent 5+yr experience of data mining in procurement function PowerBI, SQL, Data designing and modelling any tool Expert level with Excel Master level of PowerBI, Business Objects and/or Access Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitudeCompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation,
