Handles projects of small to moderate scope and small to moderate complexity that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers. Has responsibility for planning/managing technical projects directly related to general business operations to meet specific objectives. Leads the project team and is key interface to the project contributors. Collects, synthesizes and analyzes project data and information. Prepares internal and external reports. Identifies and refines project objectives and works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific objectives. Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Identifies necessary tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies specific resources needed to complete project tasks. Creates/tracks/adjusts the project schedule. Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to achieve project objectives timely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Plans work to ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project in timely manner. Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies the knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project completion.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through relevant previous jobs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, or information systems with 3+ years of industry experience or a Masters Degree with 2+ years of industry experience. Qualifying work experience includes working with the following: Project management processes Project management software Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
