Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Responsible for governance of operation & maintenance delivery at Circle. 2. Ensure Customer satisfaction by meeting KPIs and SLAs as defined and agreed upon. 3. Close coordination with customer and avoid escalation from customer. 4. Presenting customer meeting. 5. Organising Monthly internal review meeting with team to improve performance. 6. Vendor Evaluations, Negotiations & Techno-commercial analysis. 7. Monitoring progress of work done and to generate reports. 8. Ensuring discipline among the employees at site. 9. Good Control over workforce. 10. To engage skilled and experienced manpower. 11. Providing Health and Safety of all the employees by providing training to them. 12. Adhere to the Quality work. 13. Demanding PO for Out of Scope work in advance. 14. Managing statutory compliances of workforce and business operations as required. 15. Responsible for maximising the business volume & NVM. 16. Completing KPI Sign off in time with given process. 17. Closing JMS & KPI-Sign off Timely. 18. Getting IR Clearance every month timely. 19. Raising Vendor Invoicing & Invoice to JIO timely. 20. Able to visualize upcoming market opportunities.Experience15 to 20 years of relevant experienceIndustry PreferredTelecom (Working experience on Jio 4G Network will be preferred)QualificationsBE/B.Tech (Electronics and Communication)General RequirementsAbility to Face CustomerGood Control over workforceGood Communication SkillFrequent Travelling,
