Job Description

    Designation: Content CreatorLocation: Indore / BangaloreRoles and Responsibilities
    • End to end ownership from conceptualization to storyboarding, editing, animation and finalization.
    • Create best-in-class motion for brand identities, social media etc.
    • Producing story-based motion graphics.
    • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
    • Creatively use visual design or video to communicate an idea, concept or story.
    • Work with the creative team to understand the project scope and objectives.
    • Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
    • Preparing creative learning videos.
    • Editing all content related to Video.
    • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
    • Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
    • Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events
    • Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
    • Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
    • Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Prior experience in video editing or graphic designing.
    • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and G Suite
    • Sound visualization ability to conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts from a given storyboard
    • Have good color grading sense and skills
    • Perform simple 2D animation, Motion graphics and VFX
    • Organized and with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
    • Familiarity with 3D composition, special effects & animation
    • Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images with solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
    • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
    • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approach
