We have an urgent requirement for Creative Director to join our team.Below are the desired skills required for this role:1. Experience, Skills and Attributes: a. Creative professional with 8-10 years of experience on client/agency side on digital-first brandsb. Proven awesomeness in idea generationc. Experienced in managing copy and design teams and the creative development processd. Worked on consumer brands with strong digital narratives spanning multiple formats. Experience in video production is mandatorye. Willing and able to contribute to copywriting in an individual capacityf. Ability to work with cross functional teams2. Academic qualificationsa. Graduate/ post graduateb. Fields of study: Mass CommunicationRoles and Responsibilities:Individual contribution 60%1) Define and own the creative development cycle2) Lead the ideation process for the team3) Ensure that the brief and the ideation process translate into execution excellence in copy and design across channels and formats - text, statics,video, audio4) Be the single point of contact for all deliverables from the creative team5) Ensure that all output is on-brand, consistent, of high quality, and delivered according to agree upon timelinesProgram Manager 30%:1) Work with the brand, business, and product teams to understand communication objectives2) Convert this understanding into project priorities and creative deliverables for the team3) Work with the brand team to hone the language (visual and tone) of the brandPeople Manager 10%: Manpower planning, work planning, and mentorship of the creative team,
