At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Role Objective:Analyst will support the ongoing content creation and maintenance needs of Channel s robust digital training and sales enablement portfolio. At the direction of Channel s Global Sales Enablement management, the Analyst will closely work with Product Managers and Marketing teams from multiple business units to build new high-quality, web-based courses in support of new product launches and application-based training. The Analyst will also drive ongoing content maintenance efforts for existing legacy training courses, including facilitation of translated materials, metadata tagging and management of SME reviews.Job Responsibilities:Project manage the development of new, and maintenance of existing, product and application training courses based on an existing prioritized roadmap; Project management responsibilities to include: o Participation in ongoing roadmap alignment discussions with Global Sales Enablement manager to review project statuses and priorities o Communication with relevant Business Unit Marketing or Product Management team members to solicit feedback on course changes or updates o Implementation of required content changes within the TE Learning Connection (TELC) admin platform o Creation of supporting voiceover audio files using available AI-based tool o Circulation and tracking of course change approvals with identified SMEs o Launching new or updated courses via the TELC admin platform Implementation of provided translated course content within the TELC admin platform Delivery of routine reports demonstrating progress made against prioritized roadmap Proactively drive in-take process for new digital assets from BU Marketing teams that need to be added to existing Channel-managed platforms; In-take activities include: o Content tagging based on product or application type o Version control/management o Identification of cross-promotional opportunities for digital materialsJob OverviewTE Connectivitys Digital Marketing & Social Media teams develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance by working with TE s business unit marketing teams to curate and create content that helps build TE s social media channels and across TE s digital marketing teams for best practice sharing and te.com new function deployments. They design and maintain relevant portions of TE.com, external data activities and potential partner sites; monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs to maintain the best user experience on TE.com for business units. They manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies and drive content integration strategies and optimization and manage TE s social media authoring/monitoring platform. The teams are also responsible for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance. Team members have experience with content publishing, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce.com), Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools; as well as experience with brand reputation management, and/or brand protection.Competencies:3+ years as a digital production specialist/content manager (or similar role) Understanding of content management and online learning sites experiences to understand & implement the same for highly interactive module creation. Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists Experience with other digital marketing tools a plus Excellent project management, relationship management, presentation and communications skills that establish trust, credibility and respect Experience with Photoshop or GIMP would be considered as added advantage Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) a must,
