Become part of a skilled team of experts working on scalable use cases and data products in the space of Healthcare R&D Data and Analytics.You will be responsible for the architecture, development, maintenance and improvements of our data and analytics products. You will align with the business owners, business SMEs, agile product owners, enterprise architects, data governance experts, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and external partners and service providers to drive the design, development & maintenance of D&A use cases with key focus on business value and business impact. Key responsibilities
• Design and implement solution architecture applying key cloud, security, service and data architecture principles (e.g. data lakes and warehouses, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
• Maintain and improve existing data analytics products as technical lead
• Consolidate technical design decisions in architecture diagrams to present to relevant stakeholders and get alignment
• Advise on technology and architecture design choices for robust data ecosystem development serving diverse business needs across R&D
• Recommend methods for streamlining data-flows, simplification of platform design, harmonizing cloud and on-prem solution for optimal business value and operations
• Design and build interfaces to allow seamless integration of vendor and in-house built data products
• Responsible for engaging and aligning with all necessary stakeholders to document and complete the forementioned deliverables, while ensuring adherence to guidelines, processes and frameworks (e.g. for qualification).
Your education, experience and technical skills
• University degree in computer science /engineering/ data science
• 4+ years of industry experience as Solution Architect, Software Architect, IT Architect or similar
• Strong knowledge in current infrastructure technology (container, kubernetes, cloud, virtualization)
• Knowhow in latest cloud development and deployment (e.g. AWS, Azure) procedures
• Experience with Data- and Analytics-based SaaS solutions
• Experience with agile software development methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Design Thinking) and DevOps (CI/CD)
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing

Advantage to have:
• Knowledge of GxP/regulated environments
• Experience in Life science/ healthcare/ Pharma industry with knowledge of R&D Domain is a big plus

• Primary work location Bangalore (Hybrid working model)
• Flexible to work in CEST and US EST time zones
