Job Description

  • Product Information Management:

  • Support product reference data creation, validation and update process, collaborating with Product Management, and Marketing, Process Owners globally to ensure requests are processed timely and accurately.
  • FSRE: Create artifacts needed to set up end-to-end configurations including Feed Service Reference Entity, data and content mappings to ensure timely availability of new fact sheet instances each production cycle.
  • Create requests for Interactive Support team to perform any sequenced or ad-hoc updates for product reference data as needed, including European or Asia/Pacific Fund Overview Spreadsheet load, Feed Service Reference Entity load, ad-hoc updates, Disclosure Group membership or other requests.
  • Provide execution and support for internal clients in batch document upload and management process for product documents stored in Documentum from all SSGA regions globally for display on internal and external websites.
  • Support European and Asia/Pacific users in real time on Product Information Management tools usage and trouble-shooting.
  • To become subject matter experts on Product Information Management (PIM) database and tools including data loaders and report configuration management in order to provide world class support over Product Information to global users.
  • To gain expertise on Product Central, SSGA.com, fact sheets and web sites including SPDRS.com, spdrseurope.com, and other global sites in order to be able to provide world class support to global user over other products.
  • To maintain a thorough working knowledge of data and document storage and retrieval tools and processes for display on various internal and external websites.
  • Active involvement in product configurations, report setup and product information updates
  • Contact internal data providers to troubleshoot current problems. Proactively escalate issues to get quicker resolutions.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up with business users and management for open / unresolved tickets / issues.
  • Develop and manage communications and escalation plan for global user issues.
  • Identify potential improvements to supported applications and contribute to enhancement planning for the Product Information Management System (PIM).
  • Update Home page Product Central requirements from the Product Management
  • Update Holding reports on the Product Central
  • Review and do Quality checks for all the services delivered from Bangalore
  • Create the Process Documents for all the service we provide and set up quality process for the team.
