Delivery Head - P&C Insurance for an IT services organisation growing multifold. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Head and manage outcome based delivery for P&C Insurance2) Skills with Customer Relationship Management, Proposals, Issue and Escalation Management3) Providing Strategic direction and realizing the same4) Manage multiple programs / projects predominantly5) Operations and Delivery Cost Management with P&L accountability 6) Experience working in Global Delivery Model with Agile and Waterfall methodologies 7) Experience in Insurance Domain P&C, Speciality, Workers Compensation, Corporate Health Insurance and International 8) Experience in Test Automation along with CI, CT and DevOps.9) 15 to 20 years of experience in IT delivery, minimum 5+ years into P&C insurance business.10) Must have exposure handling US market,
