Job Description

  • Manages the execution of test plans, including resources, strategies, schedules, processes and tools.
  • Manage implementation of QA Processes, new tools, leading multiple Projects with Multi - Site & Multi-Cultural teams, developing Test strategies, Metrics and Measurements.
  • Executes test cases, analyzes test results and reports on findings regularly.
  • Tests system components for compliance with functional requirements.
  • Leads the team in testing activities and provides technical guidance on multiple testing projects.
  • Assists in developing a set of specific suite of tests and in the creation of goals for each test.
  • Implements tool testing standards, policies and practices.
  • Knowledge in different types of testing - Integration, Functional, system/end-to-end, sanity, regression testing, performance/volume testing and fault tolerance testing.
  • Works with customers to develop test scenarios and conduct acceptance tests on user stories
  • Creates test scenarios that ensure all error handling processes perform as expected.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in the Computer Science
  • 6-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality control, Load & Performance Testing within a product or a IT services organization.
Essential:
  • Understanding and knowledge on Implementing automated testing platforms, unit tests, and CICD
  • Understanding and knowledge on code versioning tools, such as Git, Bitbucket
  • Understanding and knowledge on testing tools, such as Jmeter and Loadrunner.
  • Understanding and knowledge on Jira, and able to manage test cycles and test execution status using Jira.
  • Familiar and working experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform
  • An in depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and experienced in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models with a specific focus on AWS
Required:
  • Strong exposure on Performance using Loadrunner and JMeter
  • Develop scenario-based testing for the JMeter Loadrunner scripts.
  • Create, schedule and run the scenarios using JMeter Loadrunner and generate necessary reports
  • Extensively worked on JMeter to create Thread Groups and test Web Application for various loads on key business scenarios
  • Created and executed JMeter Loadrunner scripts for performance testing of portal.
  • Execution of automated test scripts using JMeter based on business/functional specifications
