We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work.What will you be doing As the HR Business Partner to the entire Engineering function, working along with the CTO and senior leadership, you ll play a foundational role in the growth, operations and empowerment of the Technology Verticals at the InMobi Marketing Cloud (IMC). You ll work alongside mobile s most innovative thought leaders and help set the standard of a world-class people organization.What You ll OwnHR Business Partnerships

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business imperatives and articulate people priorities
  • Be the think along partner with the CTO and other senior Engineering leaders for all things related to People initiatives
  • Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers in the Technology vertical in IMC
  • Partner effectively with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, cost management, succession planning to support a high growth business
  • Serve as a consultative subject matter expert & partner with specialist HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organizational Development, HR Operations & Total Rewards to design solutions that cater to the people priorities of your teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for employee relations and performance related matters
  • Coach leaders and managers on a breadth of topics to perform at optimal management strengths and capabilities
  • Analyse and leverage relevant data and provide in-depth analysis that drive people decisions
  • Find ways to build engagement, improve workplace relationships and sense of community to boost productivity and retention
HR Programs
  • Drive the implementation/ roll out of org-wide people initiatives for your teams to improve employee engagement, creating a performance driven culture and enhanced employee experience. Initiatives include, but are not restricted to, Capability building, Learning interventions, Talent reviews, Benefits policies, Rewards and recognition and On boarding, Organizational Structures, Key Talent Programs and New Hire Orientation programs
HR Operations
  • Develop radically simple approaches to business challenges while keeping alignment with the organization as a cohesive whole
  • Manage the data integrity of our people records on the HRIS systems
  • Partner with COEs to prioritize and execute on the needs of the business
What are we looking for
  • 12-15 years of experience in the HR function, with at least 6-7 years in an HRBP capacity
  • Strong understanding of various HR work streams and domains across the employee lifecycle
  • A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership
  • Ability to work with the senior most executives (CTO) and help build and execute the Business+People vision and strategy
  • Capable of translating business priorities into HR programs and workflows that drive value & meet business needs
  • Demonstrated record of success in improving organizational performance and developing strong business partnerships within a dynamic, hyper-growth paced environment
  • Evidence of successfully influencing and manage change effectively
  • Experience of working cross functionally within all specialist HR functions with demonstrated collaboration & teamwork
  • Driving metric-based outcomes and experiences
  • Ability to create content and deliver effective presentations for company-wide distribution
