Job Description

    Job DescriptionManage embedded automotive project comprising of 20+ team members. Ensure timely delivery with excellent quality.Special focus on managing stakeholder expectations, project goals, team building, competency development, coordination for management reviews.Proactive, Motivational and should be able to lead the team technically.1. Should have strong project management fundamentals with 2-4yrs of experience in managing a medium sized project. PMP certification will be an added advantage. Overall experience of 9-13years2. Should have background of automotive embedded software development, strong in electronics & C3. Very good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate the team4. Able to define/ deploy process, new tools to ensure efficient SW development5. Experience of being part of agile project and knowledge on ASPICE will be an added advantageDelivery related know-how: Knowledge in C, Capl programming. Knowledge on tools like CANalyser, Canoe, CANApe ,Cubec etc Exposure to MKS, SVN, ClearQuest, Doors environment is added advantage. Exposure to communication topics like diagnostics services and CAN application layer. Knowledge on CAN message and signal implementation and ComStack in Autosar Strong knowledge and experience in development processes Strong written and oral communication skills Good knowledge of SW development (Process, Methods & Tools ) Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills Ability to build and lead teams Ability to drive virtual teams across multiple cultures and geographies Past experience in Customer handling,
