Technical know-how of science-based targets, strategic implementation, net zero Exposure to the UNSDGs, Energy Sustainability and International Protocols Experience in Renewables, energy storage and EVs Experience in developing / conceptualizing advanced analytics on field data management in solar and wind energy technology Exposure to Industry 4.0, SMART Factory, IoT concepts, Predictive Asset Maintenance Experience in Software development testing and debugging end to end IoT systems including device, connectivity, back end, cloud, analytics and applications Working experience of Work & Asset Management, Field Force Management and associated product development, implementation and configuration would be added advantage Product development experience in SCADA / DCS would be added advantage ISO 14001 Certification Good understanding ISO 14064 and 14065 standards, WRI and GHG Protocol s Corporate Standard and reporting standards like IPCC, US EPA, UK DEFRA, EU, Hands on experience in circular economy related projects Hands on experience in working on digital strategies and projects related to renewable energy integration, carbon management and reporting Experience in SDG implementation at corporate scale Masters degree in energy space (M.tech/MBA) will be an added advantage Must possess good Analytical & communication skills Domain knowledge of Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Oil and Gas, IoT Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics & Telecommunications, Environmental Engineering, Environmental science, management or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Domain knowledge of Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Oil and Gas, IoT 5- 15 years of experience in energy industry with experience in clean energy technology, implementation of EMS/BMS/ADMS/SCADA/PLCs/DCS/RTUs, climate change management, market analysis, sustainable development, renewable energy, and energy efficiency related projects Hands on with market understanding, renewable energy domain technology, domestic and international policies and regulatory Hands on experience on solar and wind energy performance modelling and forecasting tools along with financial modelling Exposure to the concepts of microgrids, VPPs and System integration Market analysis and preparing business case studies Technical know-how of energy transition space,
