HI ,We are having the opening for the Finance Manager.Reports To : Director -FinancePurpose of Job : General Ledger accounting, Financial Reporting and AuditsBanking and Fund ManagementProduct Costing,Tax & Statutory compliancesQualifications : Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)With 8 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry or Big reputedOrganizations.[Candidate with CA-Inter/IPCC with 12 years experience will also be preferred]Principal Accountability: [ ACCOUNTS CLOSING + REPORTIN + STATUTORY COMPLIANCES + SEZ]1) Review of accounting transactions as per IGAAP on timely basis2) Ensure accuracy in General Ledgers, Month Closures, Month end accruals, Provisions forexpenses and Finalization of Trial Balances.3) Preparation of Monthly MIS Debtors Aging, Creditors Aging, Fixed Assets Schedules, Storesledger, Inventory reports, Monthly Operating Reporting comparing with the Budgets etc.4) Ensure monthly statutory compliances are done with nil defaults.a. Transactional grip on Income Tax Compliances such as TDS deduction, Payments, E-TDS filing, Managing the Tax Audits, Filing Tax Return of Income, ManagingAssessments etc.b. Transactional grip on GST Compliances such as Monthly GST filing, GST payments,GST Reconciliations, GST Refunds, GST annul return, Managing assessments etc.c. Transactional grip on Company Secretarial Compliances Periodic and Annual filingsd. Transactional grip on Labor Law Compliance such as PF returns, ESI returns, PTReturns and Factories Act Return.e. Good understanding of SEZ transaction and procedures.5) Managing Banking transactions, Loan documentation and transactions, foreign inwards andforeign outward compliances, EEFC a/c, vendor payments, receivable managing, fundplanning and BRS.6) Reasonable understanding on Risks and Insurance coverage Health insurance, AssetInsurance and Liability insurances.7) Accounting reconciliations and statement to math with the TB and Financial Reports8) Managing Statutory Audits as per IGAAP and Ind-AS9) Preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow and Notes)10) Understanding on Branch Accounting Managing transactions between Head office andBranch and ensuring proper reconciliations done periodically.11) Understanding on Consolidation of Accounts Holding and Subsidiary companies.12) Understanding of Tally and SAP.13) Managing finance team of at least 3 to 5 people.Characteristics:Worked in sizable manufacturing companies with Integrity, Trust, Dealing with ambiguity,Customer focus, Interpersonal savvy, Negotiating, Understanding others, Planning, Priority settings,Managing through systems, Informing and Peer relationship.
