Dear All,Greetings from J & S Management Consultancy Services (I) Pvt Ltd.We are having an openings for Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant at Gurgaon Interested candidate can apply for the job.Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Absence Management functionality.Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.Configure Oracle Fusion Absence Management based on customer requirements and document application set-ups.Functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Absence Management modules to identify setup issues and resolve the issues.Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase.Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.Deliver and conduct end-user training and workshops.Provide status and issue reports to the Technical Account Manager on a regular basis.Required Skills: An experienced Fusion HCM Cloud consulting professional with experience working on Fast Formulas for at least two of these HCM Cloud modules - Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor to meet clients complex business scenarios. Working knowledge of developing Fast Formulas for multiple geographies (legislations) will be an added advantage.Scenario basedSetup Configuration and Scenario based Setup Modifications on Absence and Core HR Module,
