Job Description

  • The role reports into the Head Accounts, who in turn reports in to the Chief Commercial Officer (Finance Head)
  • We should consider strong CA candidates from 2012-14 batches, exceptional candidates from 2015 batch as well
  • CA is mandatory
  • SAP is mandatory
  • Delight would be to have candidates with big 4 experience + corporate GL experience
  • The role holder will also a team member reporting into him/ her (CA candidate)
  • Well aware of schedule II of companies Act ,accounting standard and Accounting Policy
  • Driving the Monthly closure of books of account and preparation of MIS
  • Finalization of Quarterly and Annual Accounts
  • Partner with Auditors- Statutory and Internal
  • Preparing relevant workings and collating required information necessary for monthly, quarterly annual closure of books
  • Resolve Audit issues and Improve control environment
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion
  • Balance sheet review and analysis
  • Preparing the documentation for the annual report, preparing notes and requisite information for Board meetings and various reports as per requirement of management.
