The Livelihood Consultant would own the success of this vertical by driving new initiatives (relevant to the Livelihood sector) that would influence philanthropy investments from Corporates and Foundations.Location : BangaloreResponsibilities :- Examine the ecosystem, capture trends, opportunities and come up with new projects/initiatives relevant to the Livelihood sector- Be a thought leader in Livelihood and drive collaborations with social enterprises, think tanks, sector partners & implementing organizations to influence funders towards real pressing needs in the Livelihood sector- Provide advisory on Livelihood as a thematic area to Institutional donors, co-create initiatives and curate projects for the donors and provide expert inputs to in house sales/BD & project delivery teams to ensure high-quality project delivery- Be a key member of the Institutional Giving Team to build the long-term vision of the vertical & provide sound governance to all education led projects for impact assurance.Who should Apply - We are looking for individuals who are passionate and deeply committed to creating lasting social impact and have demonstrated interest in contributing to the social/development sector- 10+ years of relevant experience (spanning the social impact ecosystem and private sector) in the Public Healthcare space in leading large-scale initiatives- Strategic and Operational experience in designing Corporate Citizenship/CSR programs and activities in Public Healthcare and related industries- Strong understanding of business, policy and implementation aspects of Public Healthcare- Prior experience in impact consulting/advisory working with Public Healthcare interfacing non-profit, foundations or corporate will be preferred- Strong client engagement skills with proven track record of leading complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment and meeting the highest quality of delivery standardsSkills And Competencies :- Strong alignment with our mission and core values- Aggressiveness, have a strong bias for action- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to have meaningful conversations with Senior leadership- Humility, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and not mind stretching boundaries,
