Job Description1. Standards; Ensure the adherance to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and guide team to follow.2.KPI: MAE Utilisation/Technical Availability & Internal Defect Costs- Should ensure targets are achieved through systematic approaches, Adopt Problem Solving Techniques and , Improving MTBF, MTTR and PDCA.3.Cost: Work towards optimising/reducing R&M cost- Through enhancing repair capabilities, localisation, altrnative sources.4. Team Developement: Regulary calibriate the skill set needs and define effcetive programs to meet the requirements.5. Future Focus: Work closely with internal stake holders, understand the needs and prepare the team accordingly. Initiate and Drive IoT based solutions in department, to become smart and connected Maintenance.,
