Job Description

Helpdesk Executive Property & Asset ManagementWhat this job involves:

  • The Help Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining the Club, banquet and complaint Management
  • Work closely with the Facility Executive
  • Assist Estate Manager in the documentations
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and Monitoring all the activities related to Club House and provide support for office Administration
  • Maintaining all the activities of banquet hall
  • Ensure upkeep of the Club premises and banquets
  • Daily operations of the Help Desk function including delivery, problem escalation/resolution
  • Operates emergency response desk; coordinates emergency action during off hours or in case of emergency/breakdown or failures
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the EM
  • Responsible for Office up keep, Staff punctuality
  • Responsible for office management, agreements, Govt. approvals, assist EM in legal matters
  • Receive & log calls/complaints/requests from clients/customers/tenants etc.
  • Forwarding on reactive calls to EM / Engineers / maintenance staff
  • Issue job cards
  • Handle Complaint Management System efficiently and effectively
  • Answering queries from the clients / customers
  • Provide necessary inputs for Daily Management Report
  • Ensure that DMR is shared with all the stake holders daily.
  • Generating Performance reports to present to the Management on Monthly basis
  • Monitoring the ongoing works schedule
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Taking/Producing Minutes of Weekly and Monthly Meetings
  • Maintenance and monitoring of network resources such as Printers, Fax Machines and other office equipment as required
Sounds like you To apply you need to be:Experience & Education
  • Minimum 2- 3 years experience in a helpdesk/end user support role.
  • Bachelor s Degree or graduate/MBA or related field preferred
  • Basic understanding PC hardware and connectivity components
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Office
  • Basic understanding of WEB technologies and components
  • People Person likes people, able to work in an open environment
  • Excellent phone skills, good listener
  • Experienced in communicating with senior and executive level managers
  • Good written and verbal communications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Procedure oriented, ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and workday changes
