This role will provide both hands-on and consultative partnership to drive the talent strategy. Primary responsibility is to develop strategies that align to business objectives which will enable high productivity, employee engagement and inclusiveness. Also, be an employee advocate and coach to support career development.The ideal candidate is someone looking to work with a dynamic, global organization that encourages creative thinking.   • Applies knowledge of local laws and regulations to provide high-touch, employee facing support in the areas of talent management, employee relations, total rewards, recruitment and development
  • Ability to function effectively as a team member and team leader; demonstrated ability to establish respect, credibility, and trust at all levels of the organization
  • Solutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment which demands effective deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and lead with appropriate solutions
  • Strong project management, change management, facilitative and consulting skills
  • Strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data and ability to draw conclusions from that data
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior leaders, managers and supervisors
Qualifications:Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor s degree required (or equivalent experience); post graduate degree or related certification preferred
  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience as an HR practitioner with progressive HR business partner responsibilities, preferably in the government contracting industry
  • Expertise is in one or more centers of excellence (leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, etc.)
  • Experience leading and developing teams/project teams with the ability to inspire, motivate, influence, and hold colleagues accountable to high standards
  • Strong knowledge of Workday or other HRIS and MS Office preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality
