Job DescriptionGeneral Summary: This position is fully accountable for managing product / project / program planning and delivery of designing and developing new products, redesigning existing products, overseeing the prototype delivery and testing of products to verify the form, fit, function and quality of customer products. The candidate will work closely with a cross functional team to manage projects / programs to ensure delivery of products on-time, on-spec, and on-budget. To be successful, the candidate must be innovative, creative, comfortable working from a vision, and comfortable working in a fast-pace environment while handling multiple projects simultaneouslyThis position is also fully accountable for deciding and managing the development lifecycle from planning till industralization. The candidate will work closely with the product owner and is responsible to agree on scope, schedule, and budget. Based on which, manage the internal and external stakeholders and deliver projects KPIs.Principle duties and responsibilities (but are not limited to)1. Managing the development lifecycle from planning till industrialization; service and maintenance2. Support system definition and drive closure of architecture and technical opens in the early stages of a project.3. Identify and highlight technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with technical team.4. Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks in an actionable form to upper management5. Establish and manage program feature baseline, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution6. Understand and deal with rapid development cycles; remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty7. Cross-functionally communicate at a very senior level key developments and updates on new projects/products8. Stakeholder management - including working with clients and managing the client expectations9. Managing the timelines, deadlines, feature sets, quality, risks, change requests, releases and budget10. Coordinate with Quality Control team to perform Testing activities for every Major & minor release and enable proper Code promotion by providing effective Defect resolution & tracking11. Manage client escalations to ensure timely resolutions,
