Job Description Decision Analytics Associate Consultants(DAACs) design and execute analyses to address business problems for ourclients and project teams. DAACs leverage their analytic skills to finddatadriven insights that help our clients solve their most important businessproblems and engage with clients to help them understand the implications andmake plans to act on them. Responsibilities Develop and apply advancedstatistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues; Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making; Preferred experience in forecasting and excel modeling / any excelmodeling./ strong analytics experience Preferred experience in anotherconsulting firm/ market research- specifically having worked in 2 or moreproblem areas in their tenure Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS,Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs; Synthesizeand communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and writtenpresentations; Preferred experience working in the global delivery model Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects ofprojects; Provide client and ZS teams project status updates; Createproject deliverables and implement solutions; Advance problem solving skillsand improve ZSs capabilities; Guide and mentor Associates on teams, Peoplemanagement skills Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree inengineering (any branch), and strong academic performance with analytic andquantitative coursework is required; 2 - 4 years of relevant post-collegiatejob experience.
