About the roleIn this role the person would be responsible for providing business intelligence and inputs related to various aspects of Seller Onboarding, Seller Support and related functions. What you ll do:Interpret CRM data, analyze results using statistical techniques (as per the requirement of the problem statement) and provide SQL/Excel/CRM based ongoing reports, insights & actionablesWork with leadership to build strategies to optimize seller support operations from both vendor performance management & driving things with internal stakeholders at FlipkartIdentify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns from data sets & support Ops/FK leaders with inputsPerformance reporting to larger audience and associated analysis of key metrics like TAT, contacts/volume/pain trends, onboarding conversion, etcDetailed SSat and NPS analysis, along with correlation with quality audit inputsWork closely with SO & SE leaders and other relevant FK stakeholders to provide data analysis support on critical initiativesConceptualizing, building & implementing analytics driven solutions & frameworks to help improve operations efficiency & thereby Seller ExperienceGuidance for ongoing Volumes projections & Head Count estimation, planning efforts.Ad-hoc analysis & Support on strategic and other initiativesWhat you ll need:Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyMinimum 4-7 years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
