Summary :We are scouting for a Sr. Manager/AD, HRBP (7-10 years of experience) for leading the People and Culture efforts for our Counselling Org.We are a 600 member team and expected to double this yearWe have a heterogeneous org->- 30% Product Org (Engineering, Design, PM, Marketing, Product Ops)- 70% Counselling Org (Teachers/ Counsellors, Inside Sales, Operations)- We need great talent in both the orgs- Hence the ideal profile would be someone who has played the HRBP role for a heterogenous org.Persona:- Someone who has led the HRBP function successfully for a B2C startup with a org of 500 or more employees- At least 5-10 years of relevant HR experience and a prior HRBP experience of at least 3-5 years- Excels at building conscious culture, employee engagement, policies, and general problem solving- Excels at first principles problem solving and process design- Has spent several years at growing a startup - navigated the different stages of a startups journey- It is an added plus if the candidate has spent a few years at a people centric large MNC and then gone through the 0->1->n journey at a startup- It is an added plus if the candidate has great academic pedigree- Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, has high agency and operates with extreme ownership.- There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.If the above defines you, you will fight in snuglyWhy is this a great opportunity for the right candidate Experienced founding teamRight to win - The founding team knows the business & its secrets inside out.
