Job Description

The Manager 1, India Order Management (OM) will be responsible for leading the organization that delivering a world class order experience for our customers, partners and sales team members .You will

  • As a member of the APJC OM organization, this individual will also be integral in setting organizational and business strategy, prioritizing key global and regional programs, developing key talent enablement programs and ensuring that the organization has a culture of agility, empowerment and customer focus.
  • Ensuring quality and consistency in the execution of business processes, development of a strong leadership team and key talent
  • Building of relationships with cross-functional business partners and key business stakeholders to ensure partnership and alignment in meeting business objectives and customer experience.
  • Driving organizational transformation / change the business in alignment with our strategy and vision. Modernizing and enabling online, frictionless and self- serve experience.
  • This will require strong change management and communications skills to ensure seamless execution of the transformation while maintaining business continuity and performance.
Desirable Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Graduate degree with 5 years relevant experience
  • 2-3 years managerial/leadership experience
  • Strong Communication and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
