Primary Purpose of the role The role holder will be a catalyst for the Continuous Improvement agenda to support operational excellence for BU India. The person would also lead the People Pillar under the Voyager Plant Optimization for Supply Operations. Key Tasks & Accountabilities 1. VPO People Pillar Implementation in the Breweries 2. Work on Planning and Programs to drive VPO targets in BU 3. Excellence Programs - Driving PEP for the BU 4. Transformation projects - NoCC 5.
