  • To have an awareness and understanding of the strategy and model appropriate to Knowledge and Learning across the LCS function.
Business
  • To have an awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates.
  • To have an awareness and understanding of how the LCS Function operates in the context of the wider business.
Processes
  • To work with the Head of Knowledge and Learning to develop efficient and effective processes to support learning and knowledge.

  • To ensure we work with in the Brand Governance frameworks
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakehold ers
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout;
Other Responsibilities
  • Working with the Head of Knowledge and our lawyers to help publish content (Bridge, Discover or other bank-wide tools);
  • Create and publish engaging content;
  • Edit, proofread and provide feedback on writers posts to improve the communication style;
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure we follow our brand guidelines;
  • Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user s engagement metrics;
  • Ensure content remains relevant, up to data and aligned to relevant policies;
  • Assist in the creation of Communication Plans;
  • Support the LCS MT in the hosting of wider functional calls.
