1. Supervise the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation2. Interacts at all levels and with stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report3. Participate in strategic financial projects like implementation of ERP software4. Controlling large spends in a very fast growing setup 5. Proactively preparing monthly overheads analysis/details before releasing the P&L to respective teams and ensuring all details/schedules are available6. Attending statutory auditors, internal and external auditors7. Manage, monitor and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department including: accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and utilities8. Ensure compliance with internal and external control policies9. Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes10. Banking and payments management. Ensure ways to have effective payments systems and faster turnarounds. Keeping a close supervision of marketplace payments ensuring near six sigma efficiency.11. Ensuring effective stakeholder management. Building framework to maintain strong relationships.Criteria 1. A CA with 5+ years of work experience2.
