Job DescriptionRole Summary At Adobe- Marketo, we build the software that helps our customers to execute the marketing campaigns intelligently, gain the insights of various marketing channels, and predict people s behaviors toward marketing programs. We are looking for an energetic engineer with strong technical background in developing products and integrating products for CRM domain. If you re passionate about innovative technology, then we would be excited to talk to you! What youll do

• Define and evolve the next generation of components, tools & APls.
• Build secure cloud services which provides very high availability, reliability and security to our customers and their assets.

• Collaborate with architects, product management and engineering teams to create solutions that increase the platforms value.
• Create technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas.
• Well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends, and the ability to communicate that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 10 years of experience with 2 yrs of management experience
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Driver - result-oriented leader. Passion for creating efficient, high performance services.
• Demonstrated track record in building and recruiting robust high performing teams
• Specialist in full stack development
• Experienced and keen interest in Distributed Systems and Cloud Technologies
• Extensive experience in following technologies: Java, microservices, OOAD, design patterns, ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, Ruby, HTML5
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Able to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work standards and highly motivated
• Experience in developing and integrating products for CRM domains.
• Experience in developing applications for MS Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing)
• Demonstrated track record for solution delivery, Quality improvements, Champion for agile scrum adoption. Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up.
• Ability to manage systems development scope and changes in the context of the business environment.
