Job Description Responsible for Managing the manpower procurement , products and professional services category and drive transformation projects .Key deliverables expected from the position are: Develop the POA for bringing down the synergy and pass through cost for contracting/Permanent Keep central team updated on the latest trends and regulations and participate in statutory and labor union meetings to get an update on latest practices Monitor Supplier performance and ensure KPI are met as agreed in the customer SOW Drive MSA compliance within and outside Wipro ecosystem Lead transformation activities under S2P To be the SPOC to close payment related issues and drive with stakeholders within TA, CPO and FSS To work with TA and business SPOC and create the funnel for upcoming business and create route to market and partner ecosystem as per the demand flagged by the sales Regular analysis to be done on skill sets and baseline to be created for current Vs Future cost of staffing Driving audit actionable as per the plan Work closely with Controllership, Tax, Legal teams and to drive process improvements for faster turnaround on sourcing requests and to ensure timely payments to various capex and opex vendors/suppliers Drive Ariba adoption and SRM for GAMA partners under Synergy channel Build strong relationship with regular QBR s with suppliers as well internal customers Roles & Responsibilities: Qualifications: Minimum requirements Qualified staffing specialist with exposure of procurement practices. Fluent (oral & writing) in English Total Work ex 12-16 plus . Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in a Procurement operations/Staffing/ contracting/Supply chain operations, labour law specialist Excellent analytical, negotiation & communication skills Experience of interacting / operating with senior leadership & an ability to influence decision making would be critical Knowledge or experience of local regulations and staffing laws will be an added advantage Key Performance Indicators Create, engage, executive and govern partner eco system, compliance and revenue opportunities Successful in Managing the business stakeholders by enabling partner ecosystem for contract staffing and outcome based services Pro-active support for timely onboarding of new partner/model to enable BAU Job Dimensions Number of associates: Independent Role Plus managing team of 2-3 members Financial responsibility: Direct budgetary responsibility for managing approx. 400MN USD of Spend Impact on the organisation: Cost savings in books for pass through impacting bottom line,
