Stasis Labs is hiring a Marketing Associate Intern to help us improve the quality of medical care through smarter patient monitoring. Hospitals today heavily rely on nurses manually monitoring patients. This leads to missed patient symptoms, longer hospital stays, and worse patient outcomes overall. Stasis increases hospital access to automatic, continuous monitoring by designing smart medical devices that are easy to use and networked with the cloud. Weve converted medical hardware into a data-driven SaaS product. Our monitors are currently live in hospitals in India, and are built for a global distribution. We have teams in Los Angeles, Bangalore, and working remotely. +About the role: This 6-month internship is designed to convert into a full-time Marketing Associate role with Stasis if you demonstrate the hunger to learn and perform. You will be joining the Marketing team at Stasis. At Stasis, we believe in the power of marketing to spread our vision and extend the reach of our product. You will have an excellent opportunity to build your marketing career within the Healthcare industry. Since were a small startup, you will be close to every part of sales, marketing, & product development, so experience working in small teams is a plus. You will be reporting to the business head and marketing lead, but will also be coordinating with external agencies for project management. You will be able to work on offline and online marketing activities, with a focus on the former. We seek a sound understanding of marketing principles, creativity, strong work ethic and be willing to learn and accept new challenges. +Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies and budgets Ideate and execute brand and promotional activities such as trade shows, sales conferences, training session, promotions etc PAN India. Assist in the development of marketing collateral including product catalogues, flyers, presentations, advertisements, etc. Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing collateral. Own the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, adwords, etc Manage the organisations social media and digital content development. Collaborate with external agencies as required. Use data to understand what s a hit and what s a miss, to continuously improve the performance of the marketing messaging. Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, online certifications Strong copy-writing skills with excellent attention to detail A passion for results-driven multi-channel marketing Strong Teamwork spirit, hunger to learn, hunger to perform.,
