Master Data Feature Lead - Product Job DescriptionThis role of S4 Master Data Feature Lead would be responsible for Design and Solutioning of Master Data Capabilities, that are fit for business purposes and aligned with the S4 Target Data Model Architecture. The role will lead the Data and Solution features across multiple Master Data Objects (Products, Business Partners) and will focus on Key Business Capabilities including Data Quality Management, Lifecycle Management and Business Process Collaboration capabilities.Role Expectations:

• Establish a strong engagement network with Business and Business Services Stakeholders, to deliver on the Product SLM Collaboration Platform, across all regions and businesses of K-C
• Appreciate data models of Regional ERPs and their localizations, and drive Data Model Harmonization at a Global Scale
• Lead the build and operationalization of Data Quality Management and Reporting Framework for the enterprise.
• Engage with Architects of Business Functions and ensure fit-for-purpose MD Model with all required attributes and parameters, as per Industry Standard in the S/4 HANA Data Model and Landscape
• Develop and maintain high performance and scalable master data management solution architecture by leading solution definition, solution architecture reviews, and solution selection efforts
• Identify gaps in existing data models and strategize data fitment plan to the S/4 HANA Target DOM
• Engage with Global Business Functions, GBS, Data Owners, Business Process Owners and other relevant Business Partners, and facilitate the ideal roadmap for Golden Data Source fitting the Target DOM
• Own the Master Data Architecture and Govern changes, enhancements and solutions atop the Target DOM
• Create detailed Functional Design specifications with technical acumen to validate design fitment and test coverage

Essential Functions:Product Workflow Data Features Understand Business Processes around CRUD Process for Finished Goods across regions and facilitate a Globally Harmonized Process Model aligned with the S/4 HANA Data Model Data Quality and Lifecycle Management Framework Establish a robust Rules and Exception Management strategy, a strong tool for executing DQ Analysis and a Governance Framework for DQ & LCM Metrics Management S/4 HANA Solution Alignment Facilitate Solution Architecture for DQ Management (for MD Tracks in assigned scope) that will align with and work seamlessly in the S/4 HANA Target Operating Model. Collaboration and Engagement Engage with SMEs and BPs, align to Organizational Objectives and Deliver Architectural Solution across multiple MD ObjectsDepartment Specific/Non-Essential Functions:This is the Individual Contributor role and will not have direct report Individually drive initiatives around Product MD Collaboration and DQ Initiatives The role will report into Sr. Delivery Manager, DTS OrganizationSkills & Qualifications:Education required/ preferred:A Bachelor s in a related field is required. A Master s Degree is preferred but not required.Experience:

• 13 years of experience with strong Business Engagement and Process Governance exposure
• Strong exposure to Digital Enablers (UI/UX, MuleSoft, AI/ML etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Product Master Data Management and CRUD Processes
• Good understanding of Hierarchy Models for various MD Objects
• Expertise in Data Quality Management Strategy, Tools and Operationalization.
• Experience as a Business Engagement Lead and/or as a Business Functional Analyst.
• Experienced in multiple Technology Solutioning in the MDM and Data Quality Management standpoint
• Strong experience in CPG Industry is required. Appreciation of working with multiple regions (APAC, LAO, NA and EMEA) is strongly preferred
• Experience of working in collaboration with multiple business / functional and technology architecture counterparts, as an MD Business Function Analyst and/or Technology Delivery space.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Management experience is required
• Strong hands-on experience with Master Data Model Design in one or more of the following objects, in a medium-to-large S4 MDG Enterprise:
  • Products & Materials
  • Business Partners (Customer, Supplier)
  • Finance MD (FI-GL and Controlling Masters)
• Knowledge / experience with Collaboration Capabilities is an added advantage.

• Master Data Business Process Analysis and Process Harmonization
• Data Quality and Lifecycle Management Strategy, Solutioning and Operationalization skills across multiple MD Objects
• Strong influencing skills and thought leadership to drive the Master Data agenda in a cross functional environment (key expectation to drive the Master data architecture amidst the S/4 solution design / confirmation)
• Ability to Lead the design of the End to End solution for specific areas, like, DQ Management, Business Process Orchestration etc.
• Strong Functional appreciation of Process and Data Models across multiple MD Objects. Technical knowledge in any of these will be a plus
• Structured Business Engagement Skills, to lead and facilitate focused interactions with SMEs, BPs and Business Process / Data Owners
• Capability to Champion a business case driven process to define and deliver business analytic solutions.
• External and Global Standards Focused bring in Industry Standards and Best Practices
• Strong Analytical capabilities lead Data Harmonization and Standardization Deliverables
• Exhibit excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated ability working with global and cross-functional teams
• Self-Driven and Business Benefit Focused ability to work on a broad guideline and framework to bring in influential solutions.
• Capability to manage multiple data models from legacy sources, profile, analyse fit-gap and propose solutions for a Globally scalable and business-relevant Data Object Model

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:

• This is the Individual Contributor role and will not have direct report
• The role will report into Sr. Manager of EDM Delivery Prabakar Shanmugam, DTS Organization
• No Direct budget or PnL responsibility
