Job Description

    Roles & Responsibility:
    • To check the completeness and correctness of Health Check up Reports uploaded in portal
    • Reject Reports with proper comments if found wrong or incomplete for the Branches/Report Upload Team to re-upload
    • Validate the data entered by Digitization team in tool
    • Approve Reports if found correct and complete with 100% adherence to quality based on Insurer requirements
    • Grievances/ Escalations on Reports to be eliminated
    • Flexible to work on other Processes like Report Upload/Non voice processes
    • Flexible to work in any shift based on business requirements including Holidays and weekends.
