Job Description

Experience :2-6YrsJob Location: BangalorePrevious experience in US/ Canada payroll is a must.

  • Co-ordinate with HR team for payroll input, to ensure the payroll is successfully processed
  • Closely work with payroll service providers to ensure the input & output are delivered on time to plan for cash flow internally and to ensure the closure without any slippage.
  • Partner with benefits and Compensation on topics related to AMER payroll
  • Maintain all the records of the Financials year and representing to the Auditor. Ensuring all the queries are reverted to certify successful closure of books.
  • Prepare and present various management reports to head of finance (Resource cost, MIS, cost optimization, cash flow analysis, cost forecasting until closure of financial year).
  • Closely monitor the courts orders or statutory notices and ensure the same is responded within stipulated time.
  • Co-ordinate with various teams such as Treasury, FP&A and monitor the cash movements and plan better to keep sufficient amount for Payroll payouts.
  • Posting the payroll journal entries accurately and timely
  • Prepare management reports on a regular basis
  • Assist in Stat audit readiness and engage with Auditors on any clarifications.
