Job Description

Key skills required for the job are: n Performance Testing-L3, (Mandatory) .As a Senior Test Engineer you should able to devise Test Strategy, review test plan, traceability matrix and ensure usage of tools for optimization. You should be able to ensure the availability test environment, design test and defect reporting formats and manage the team. You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders. Minimum work experience: 3 - 5 YEARS n nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise n tAt least 3+ years of experience working as a performance engineer. n tExperience in LoadRunner in Must n tExperience in AppDynamics and Dynatrace is must n tDemonstrated experience with open source load testing tools such as Apache JMeter, httperf, etc. n tExperience with SQL databases - querying, profiling, and performance tuning. n tExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. n tExcellent communication skills. n tExperience working with Unix and Windows environments. n tDemonstrates strong ability to take ownership of the projects and provide adequate visibility on the progress. n tProvide testing and analysis of high-volume systems to ensure they are compliant with load and performance requirements and can perform well in production. n tEvaluate system performance and provide recommendations for improvement. n tIdentify performance bottlenecks and work with Development to innovate appropriate resolutions. n tDefine, develop and conduct system performance testing. n tAnalyze test results and suggest action plans. n tReport performance test results to Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Development, and Product Management. n tCompile and analyze test results and write test reports. n tDirect and/or assist in root cause analysis of performance issues. n tProvide technical recommendations for system performance measurement and analysis, scalable architecture, and profiling/troubleshooting techniques. n As a Senior Test Engineer you should able to devise Test Strategy, review test plan, traceability matrix and ensure usage of tools for optimization.
