We are a diverse and interdisciplinary team, looking for collaborative and intellectually curious Noodlers hungry to learn from other perspectives, create together, and have fun along the way.- - - - - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - -In this role as a Principal, Enterprise Services in Customer Success at Noodle.ai, you will be part of a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team partnering with our customers to generate value and contribute to our mission of building a world without waste. Supporting existing customers to maximize value of our applications, you will be the tip of the spear driving adoption of and real-world impact from Noodles applications.You will leverage your analytical skills and Supply Chain domain understanding to quantify and articulate the impact that Noodle.ai s applications create for our customers. Acting as a trusted partner to our customers, you will identify and implement opportunities to generate increased value from our applications, including identifying expansion opportunities. Because you see how the technology truly acts in the real world, using real-world data, your insights and feedback will also play an important role in shaping the design of the product.Qualified candidates will have relevant industry expertise in supply chain, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a track record of success applying advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to generate business value cases, and a hunger to build a company in a market-defining category.ABOUT YOUMust have:
• 4+ years of experience applying analytical methodologies to solve business problems as a management consultant, business analyst, or other quantitative business strategy role
• Domain understanding
  • Domain expertise in supply chain planning (Demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning)
• Analytical problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on the iterative conceptualization, design and building of analytical solutions
  • Experience applying analytical thinking to solve problems in supply chain planning
  • Experience visualizing data to support analytical problem solving
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists and exposure to ML or advanced analytics
• Customer facing presence
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to all levels and functions in an organization (including the C-suite)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; Proven flexibility to successfully connect and partner with multiple personalities and communication styles
• Technical expertise
  • Hands-on experience with basic SQL
  • Expert level experience with excel

  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Bachelor s or graduate degree in a quantitative or engineering field
Nice to have:
• Hands-on experience with advanced SQL
• Familiarity with common technologies in supply chain planning including SAP APO and IBP functionality
• Experience collaborating with teams of technologists and data scientists (or deeply quantitative professionals) to support analytical applications
• Experience building and/or managing an enterprise SaaS application
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning methodologies
• Industry expertise in manufacturing or consumer products supply chain
