You will participate in Test planning, Test design and Test execution for multiple DCSG s software product lines (RAID Controllers, HBA, Expanders and PCI Switch) in a highly collaborative and challenging environment. The individual and team goal will be to validate and deliver a high-quality software (Firmware, Driver, Apps and Utils) on time.Skills & Competencies

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in testing and validation of ROC/IOC controllers, SAS Expanders and PCIe Switch
  • Prior experience in Server OS environment with focus towards Firmware, Drivers, BIOS, UEFI, Apps and Utilities
  • Strong hands-on experience on different operating systems flavors (VMware, Linux, Windows, etc.)
  • Must have PCIe specification/protocol understanding
  • Strong hands-on experience on developing scripts in Python, Perl, Unix shell, etc.
  • Accept the challenge of learning and working with proprietary automation framework
  • Strong leadership skills including communication and delivery of results
  • Drive opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity through best practices
  • Work closely with other teams, cross-site and cross-functional teams
  • Lead, encourage and facilitate innovation in the team
  • Work with customers, marketing and customer focused team to review customer use cases and apply the requirements into software testing
  • Should possess or develop sound knowledge of the market and competition landscape
