The job drives innovation into the customer accounts and works on business development. The job really understands the impact of the solution offered by BT and design a programme to deliver ensuring that technical solutions can be delivered while BT continues to make a profit. Part of your role will be to nurture best practices with your peers whilst using your strong technical background to have the freedom to work unsupervised on the development of sub components that are important to the business whilst collaborating and learning from more senior engineers in the team.Youll have the following responsibilitiesProvide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of their projects to the client.Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices & industry trends to clients.Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop and implement the technical solutions.Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.Work as part of an agile team to turn complex business needs into elegant solutions.Collaborate with analysts, product specialists, and other software engineers across businesses.Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance.Provide useful input in meetings and challenges the team with new ideas.Be a problem solver, enabling data insight to solve our real-world technical problems in an agile environment.Plan your own work to meet given objectives and processes.Have some responsibility for reviewing the work of others.Youll have the following skills & experience- Be Agile: You use your knowledge of best practice to collaborate with peers across the business in different ways. You should be an expert devOps Engineer in your area of development expertise.- Give Specialised Advice: You offer advice and recommendations based on your expertise both proactively and on request.- Technology Experience:- ServiceNow Experience of Proposal walk-through workshops, Proposal development, responding to RFP s and Proactive business leads coming from across geographies, account mining and Opportunities for improvement.- Experience of Tools and Process demo, Trainings, Process re-engineering, Webinars, Customer Demos and Presentations.- Experience in facilitating and driving solution workshops, developing, and improving sizing and estimation, pricing models, Performance due-diligence, Solution defending & Case study development.- Knowledge of Client-side scripting such as UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Action and server-side scripting such as script include, business rule & Flow designer.- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA, PCI DSS, FISM, BASEL, ISO 27001 etc.) & SOC, CERT, CSIRT team of Security Domain- Knowledge of integration of SNOW with third party tool by using SOAP and REST messages with SAP GTS & Blockchain in SNOW GRC- Knowledge of different Vulnerability Scanning tools, SIEM solutions, EDR, Cloud Native Security Controls & Application security- Knowledge of different GRC and TPRM tools like EthiXbase, Resilinc, Bureau van Dijk, LexisNexis.- Expert across various tools like TMFOpen API, Agile Collaboration Tools, Non-Functional testing tools like JIRA, Confluence etc., Java development Platform, Integration patterns- Experience of building a culture of learning that connects a tool or application to the underlying behavioural and cultural shift needed- Improvement Focus:- You question and challenge the way things are done and work with others to make improvements.
