Job Description

    The organization is a high growth organization with the mission of catalyzing early childhood education and community engagement in India.The role will be an individual contributor one.Reporting Manager - CEO & Strategy Head.Role Specifics -The incumbent will be required to :- Lead the organizations team of talented analysts and surveyors to uncover new and interesting insights into the low-income Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) landscape. - Publish reports to support governments, donors, researchers and other stakeholders with data-driven decision making in the ECCE space. - Develop strategies for continuous monitoring and evaluation of all their interventions. - Set up effective data collection and quality processes to ensure high fidelity records. - Recruit, manage and upskill teams who can perform advanced and reliable statistical analytics and conduct large-scale quick turnaround study.Required skills and background : - 2-4 years of work experience managing large research projects in the field (RCT experience is a plus) - Solid theoretical foundation in statistical modeling, analysis and economic research through a Post Graduate/Doctoral coursework at a leading institution - Extensive hands-on professional experience working with analytic software such as R, Stata or Python - Effective and concise writing skills for reports, slides, and research papers Added advantage if you have - - Experience in designing surveys and questionnaires on Kobo Toolbox/ SurveyCTO. - Managed research teams and spearheaded recruitment drives.- Knowledge of data structures and SQL database management.,
