Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for mock up, development, implementation, and roll out of automated Risk reports for the ORM organization
  • Work directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
  • Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement
  • Design, develop and accelerate the build of key risk dashboards
  • Provide procedures and a production support framework for newly built applications or processes
Communicate project goals and status throughout the life-cycle of the project Desired Candidate ProfileSkills:
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in report automation and dashboarding
  • Possess the skill to creatively solve problems and propose solutions with minimal direction
  • Proven ability to capture and document end-user requirements; demonstrated project management skills
  • Able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced setting, willing to take on new projects and be flexible
  • Excellent design skills; conceptualize complex data flows/transformations and translate into step sequences that can be implemented using ETL tools
  • Highly developed analytical skills with advanced automation experience using VBA
  • Strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into a user-friendly reports, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics
  • Hands-on experience with data modelling and BI tools ( e.g. Alteryx & Tableau)
