Job Description

Salesforce Technical Lead/PM with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure/manage stable operations and implement build new capabilities.Responsibilities:

  • Ability to plan and manage complex projects
  • Ability to manage multiple project/workstreams at the same time
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • Experience with JIRA, MS Project Server tools
  • Project management and leadership skills for delivering projects and the teams involved with them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track
  • Excellent task scheduling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups
Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically a technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or a Masters degree and up to five years of experience.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree and 10+ years of experience.
  • Hands on experience leading/managing Salesforce projects
  • SCRUM certification desirable
