At the minimum, 6 years experience in SAP CRM core (not part-time)2. Should have worked in SAP CRM Web UI (CRM 7.0 or above)3. Knowledge of SAP CRM architecture4. Should have worked on SAP CRM Service with ECC Controlling integration + SAP CRM Billing + SAP CRM Pricing5. Technical knowledge of Web UI, associated configurations, enhancements6. Working to advanced knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware7. Working experience on CRM Service processes and Master Data with ECC integration8. Fair conversational and language skills + cross-cultural sensitivity (ability to interact with remote virtual teams through tele-cons and emails)9. Should have worked in at least one complete implementation with design and blueprinting10. Should have written project documents like Design, FS, UTP, config + awareness of project methodology11. Positive attitude and openness to learn with & adapt to the flow12. Good to have:1. Knowledge of ECC modules like SD and MM2. Knowledge of ECC FI-CO integration3.
