      • Key Responsibilities : To Build Functional Specifications for Personnel Administration and Organizational Management related requirements 2-Perform Configurations or maintain data in custom tables for the requirements 3-Create Test scripts for the requirements captured as part of customization 4-Support business users in documentation of technical test scenarios
      • Technical Experience : 1-Experienced in SAP HCM - Have an understanding on Personnel Administration, Organizational management, Travel management 2-Have a basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services 3-Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality 4-Experienced in SAP HCM for 3 to 4 years
      • Professional Attributes : 1-Must have good communication documentation skills and should be able to work in a global environment 2-Should be able to work with the customer independently 3-Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness
