Job Description

Job DescriptionThe role in this job is to support as SAP WM consultant

  • A highly motivated professional with customer-centric, having functional experience, which includes SAP WM in the support role
  • Extensive experience in Goods receipt and Warehouse internal process.
  • Customization and Production Support in WM
  • User issue handling in SAP WM
  • Handle 2nd level support issues specific to the functional area within the application
  • Ensure high quality functional solutions to customers
  • Provide consulting services to stakeholders ( customer & technical teams)on existing processes from 2nd level support
  • Supports team in case of impediments in their work (e.g. in case of dependencies to stakeholders)
  • Detect dependencies to other systems/demands/modules ( Within SAP & Non SAP) for integration/ cross module related issues
  • Proactively identify and propose business process improvements for handling topics and/or system enhancements via problem management
  • Good to have working experience on SAP system as End User / Key User. Must gain the knowledge about Bosch customized Templates of SAP WM
  • Ensuring appropriate use of Bosch IT tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies
