From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.Join us as a Senior Analyst on our Business Support team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs a Business Operations Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organizations strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.You will:Work within a globally distributed team whose responsibilities are centered on ensuring the integrity of data both within and exchanged between systems within the Dell Technologies Applications Infrastructure and data warehouse. Within the team you will carry out a Senior Data Governance position in an internal customer focused support environment, primarily within Finance, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing domains. The role requires significant interaction with multiple global groups across a range of functions, and the successful candidate will require strong communication skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks amongst others:

  • Identify data integrity failures, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Business, IT and colleagues to resolve failures in a timely manner.
  • Work on PRBs, CRQs, Adjustments with DBAs and Data architects and drive permanent resolutions.
  • Perform Internal and External SOX Audits and Manage GDPR requests with 0 failures
  • Governance and Content Admin - Tableau and PowerBI
  • Engage with project teams to define & document data control requirements, and design, build and implement new controls and maintain suitable automation solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor s degree required with around 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrable SQL knowledge, ability to create medium to complex queries and procedures (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL).
  • Experience working within an MPP data warehousing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years working within and coordinating ITIL teams and Leading Projects
Desirable Requirements
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence Reporting and Data Visualization tools.
