Job Description

Looking for Senior associate -Transfer PricingLocation : Bangalore1. Qualification: CA-Inter and B.Com, MBA Finance,2. Experience: 2-3 years in the respective area as provided in Job Description3. Skill sets required: Transfer Pricing Knowledge, Analytical skills, Good communication, Advanced Excel knowledge, team spirit and Client co-ordination4. Cost to Company: Rs 3.6 to 4lakhs p.a. with 80% Fixed and 20% Variable, including PF benefits5. Job description: Person should be able to independently manage and execute Transfer Pricing related assignments which involve:

  • Understanding and preparing Functional Analysis, Risk Analysis (F.A.R Analysis)
  • Economic Benchmarking
  • Identification of the International transaction
  • Detailed review of books of accounts.
  • Analysis and arriving at the Arms Length Price
  • 3CEB Certificate preparation
  • Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation/ Benchmarking Study
  • Preparation of submission for Transfer pricing assessment
  • Transfer pricing advisory - preparation of opinions, advisory notes etc
Other Detailed Requirements:a) Form 3CEB: Start to completion of work related to Form 3CEB and applicable CbCr forms. The output to review should be ready to be sent to client approval subject to manager review. Important reconciliations, supporting documents need to be reviewed, analysed and recorded in working files before the Managers review.b) Benchmarking:Finalising keywords and search process for conducting data base search.Nature of search, planning and executing the search process.The output should be ready to be sent to client subject to Managers review.C) Knowledge updation and conducting trainings on regular basis
